    Systematize Serice Management is unlimted  to users unlike other companies, we base our costs on records so our initial Standard plan of 20,000 records allows unlimited users for £45.00 per month + VAT. 

  • Are all features available on my subscription?

    Yes, all options are available to all subscription models, and our pricing tiers are only based on your records used from 20,000, 60,000 and 120,000+ records! 

  • I need a custom solution to my business?

    Systematize is unique in that we can customise our solution to your business needs, such as your business processes, fields used on forms, user access, and much more.

  • I have lots of data to import?

    We offer a service to import all of your existing data so that you can be up and running quickly, this could be as little as a spreadsheet to a comprehensive data export from an existing field service program.

  • Do I need a server?
